1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through the Swiss shop on adventuring-logbooks.com, operated by Casa Dos Santos Arenas, CHE-165.562.781, La Carà Cioss Vigna 7, 6682 Linescio, TI ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you accept these terms. Purchases through Amazon via our Global Shop are subject to Amazon's own terms.
2. Delivery area
The Swiss shop delivers to addresses in Switzerland only.
3. Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are final prices. Casa Dos Santos Arenas is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Shipping costs are shown before checkout and added to your order.
4. Order and payment
Your order is binding once payment is completed. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Payment is processed securely by Stripe or Mollie, including TWINT and card payments.
5. Shipping and delivery
We hand your order to Swiss Post within [2] working days of payment. Parcels are not handed over on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Swiss Post delivery times are:
- B Post: 2 to 3 working days
- A Post: 1 to 2 working days
For next working day delivery (Swiss Post Plus), please email us before ordering; additional costs apply. Delivery times after handover depend on Swiss Post and are not guaranteed by us. A and B Post shipments are untracked by the customer. Once the order is handed to Swiss Post, we are not responsible for delays or loss in transit. 6. Returns, damaged and misprinted books
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your logbook arrives damaged or has a printing error, email us at hello@casaarenas.ch within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
7. Intellectual property
All logbook content, illustrations, designs and website content belong to Casa Dos Santos Arenas. Logbooks are for personal use and may not be copied, scanned or resold as copies.
8. Use of the website
You may use this website for personal, non commercial purposes. We may update the website, products and prices at any time. Prices valid at the time of your order apply.
9. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law.
